He also has significant anti-trust knowledge as lead M&A attorney of an international government agency. Mr. Khan has a diverse background in law and business, having earned his Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from San Jose State University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and studied for his MBA at San Diego State University and LLM in intellectual property law at the University of South Africa.
