Legitimate Telemarketers Can Now Stay In Business After 10/1/03

Santa Ana, California. Emerging telemarketing technology firm, Total Reach, Inc., has created a "Call-Safe" Virtual Predictive Dialing (VPD) system that will assist any telemarketing company to be fully call compliant under the new FTC telemarketing laws, that will go into effect on October 1, 2003.

The new laws make it almost impossible for any legitimate telemarketing company to stay in business. Total Reach will now assist the legitimate telemarketing company in meeting all FTC requirements and ensure that they can stay in business.

The Virtual Predictive Dialing system's engine is offsite from the prospective telemarketing company and in the possession of Total Reach. The calling lists that telemarketing company uses are scrubbed and will be fully state and FTC call compliant. Total Reach subscribes to the state and FTC Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists and scrubs all of the telemarketing calling lists against the DNC's. Total Reach scrubs out all consumers names and numbers that wish to be added to the National DNC. This scrubbing ensures that anyone who uses Total Reach's Virtual Predictive Dialing system will not call a number from the DNC and will avoid the potential for costly fines by the FTC. Additionally, Total Reach also assists the telemarketing company with its enrollment and reporting to the FTC.

By contracting with Total Reach the telemarketing company no longer needs to spend tens of thousands of start-up dollars on hardware, software, system maintenance and list scrubbing in order to acquire their customers. The system, which uses a virtual Internet interface allows the sales company to add 1 to over 100 sales people by simply adding very basic computers and internet connections. The system is so simple that the telemarketing company doesn't even need to add any sophisticated telephone system or expensive equipment. All that is needed is a simple plain old telephone. This system is ideal for the work at home mom or the telecommuter.

Total Reach does not charge the telemarketing sales firm any long distance charges either, only very nominal on-line hourly rate.

Firms wishing to receive an on-line demonstration of the "Call-Safe" Virtual Predictive Dialer may do so by calling 800-480-0054 or by visiting the company website: www.totalreach.com.
