"Written In Faith" - A great new web site that will touch your heart.

On Monday, September 15th, a new inspirational web site will be launched.

Monday, September 15, 2003 - On Monday, September 15th, a new inspirational web site will be launched. "Written In Faith" (http://www.written-in-faith.net) is the latest literary venture of Gerianne B. Van Vugt. The site will feature writings of a spiritual nature, many of which will describe in detail Gerianne's personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ.

In case anyone reading this notice is hesitant about visiting a "spiritual" web site, here's what you will not find at "Written In Faith." You will not be confronted with "institutional religion" or "superficial Christianity" that is so common today. Gerianne does not have a political agenda, nor is this a narcissistic exercise in image making. Gerianne's writing is humble, sincere and heartfelt. There is no attempt by Gerianne to "empire build" through her writing.

Gerianne says: "I hope that in some small way this site might show people that God and Jesus are 'approachable.' I think too many people view God as a 'judge' or like royalty and not so much a confidant or a friend. That's sad really."

What you will discover at "Written In Faith" is "An Inspirational Journal" - detailing Gerianne's experience in her evolving relationship with the Creator. Another literary experience, "Getting To Know God", is a reflective look at Gerianne's life and influences that has led her to where she is today. It is a "book in the making" as it will form the basis of a manuscript for one of Gerianne's upcoming literary project. Regular visitors to this web site will get a fascinating view of Gerianne's creative process by reading "Getting To Know God."

Written in Faith will also include: reviews of spiritual books, music, DVDs, many of which have played key roles in Gerianne's own spiritual development. The site will also have a generous listing of online spiritual resources, plus some suggested avenues in which we can all make a difference. Gerianne's site is intended to be a work in progress. It will grow as she grows - as the Spirit moves through her.

Gerianne bravely bears her heart and soul through her writing. Even people without a spiritual interest will be touched by Gerianne's writing, as it is a reflection of the human journey that we're all a part of. You are bound to learn about yourself by reading about Gerianne's thoughts, feelings and experiences.

By reading Gerianne's compositions, you will be moved at the writings of a person whom you've never met, but will feel like you have, once you visit "Written In Faith." All you need is an open heart - and a box of tissues (you'll need them!).
