Artist Michael Raleigh, of Englewood, New Jersey, has been selected to exhibit his work, "Easter Parade", a mixed media composition on canvas, in the Ringwood Manor Association of Arts 38th Annual Juried Exhibition at The Barn Gallery at Ringwood State Park in Ringwood, New Jersey.
Artist Michael Raleigh, of Englewood, New Jersey, has been selected to exhibit his work, "Easter Parade", a mixed media composition on canvas, in the Ringwood Manor Association of Arts 38th Annual Juried Exhibition at The Barn Gallery at Ringwood State Park in Ringwood, New Jersey.
The artist states, Easter Parade" is a mixed media piece comprised of Raleigh family photographs, acrylic paint, pencil, tracing paper, and Vetrap bandaging tape on canvas.
Easter Parade is a memory of childhood and family ritual. As with much of my work, Easter Parade is a ghost story."
Mr. Raleighs work was selected for this event by exhibiton directors Kathleen Bartoletti and Frank Bartoletti. The awards juror for this exhibition is Margaret OReilly, curator of fine art, The New Jersey State Museum in Trenton.

The exhibition will run from Wednesday, September 10 to Wednesday, October 15, 2003. An award presentation/reception will be held on Sunday, September 21st from 1:30-3:30PM. The Barn Gallery is located at Ringwood State Park, Sloatsburg Road, Ringwood, New Jersey. Gallery hours for this exhibition are 1:00 -- 4:00 Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays and holidays.
