AVILINKS NAMES NEW DIRECTOR TO THE TEAM

Bertrand Moussel has been appointed General Manager / CEO of Avilinks, he will take charge of the international development of the company.

Cesson-Sévigné, France (PRWEB) -- September 16, 2003, Bertrand Moussel, a recognized expert in the telecommunications industry, is appointed General Manager of Avilinks, a company which has developed a unique solution for interactive multimedia services on the telephone network.

Mr. Moussel and Mr. Christian Crickx, President and Technical Director, will make up the Board of Directors.

Mr. Moussel graduated from Supelec and later finished his education with an MBA from HEC, the renowned French business school. In addition to his role as General Manager, he will also be in charge of all sales and marketing activities. In this role he will supervise the commerical development of Avilinks in Europe and Asia.

Avilinks has accumulated a superior technological advance which is important as the market for the distribution of broadband services is growing rapidly. I am very enthusiastic about meeting and exceeding the goals which have been outlined," says Bertrand Moussel of his recent appointment.

Avilinks will also undergo a change of structure giving the company a Board of Directors and a Surveillance Council. The Council will be made up of the current investors in the company: Innovacom, Vertex Management, CIC Private Capital, Bank of Vizille and West Ventures.
