Xpression Primer software: Tagged primer design tool for expression cloning.

Available from PREMIER Biosoft International, Palo Alto, CA. Xpression Primer is an indispensable tool for functional and structural genomic studies. It is a unique program that designs thousands of tagged primers for many popular high throughput expression cloning systems with a click of a button.

Xpression Primer is a web savvy program to design tagged primers for high throughput expression cloning systems of your choice. It has specific support for Gateway®, BD In-Fusion, and TOPO Tools. You can choose to amplify an entire ORF or generate N terminal or C terminal fusion proteins. Xpression Primer ensures that the reading frame of the amplified ORF is conserved.

In addition to tagged primers, it also designs primers with user specified parameters to generate transcripts and optimal sequencing primers to verify them. The designed primer properties can be exported for loading into databases, spreadsheets, or ordering oligo synthesis, formatted in several popular well plate configurations.

Listening to the multi-media tutorial will have you working effectively in ten minutes.
