Servergraph Unveils New Professional Services
New services deliver immediate and ongoing value
for enterprise organizations
Austin, Texas, (PRWEB) September 22, 2003 --- Servergraph, a leading provider of management and automation products for storage management, today announced the launch of new services that compliment Servergraph products. The new services are QuickStart/SG, HealthCheck/SG, and Servergraph/TSM Web-based Education, all aimed at helping customers manage and automate Tivoli Storage Manager systems using Servergraph/TSM.

The QuickStart/SG service offering includes on-site installation and training to get new Servergraph/TSM customers up and trained immediately. We leverage the expertise of our consultants to deploy, configure and tune Servergraph solutions for our customers in a much shorter timeframe, normally within one hour after their arrival," Roberts said. Once the solution is installed and collecting information at the customers facility, the Servergraph consultant provides on-site, hands-on training to ensure the customer has the ability to proactively manage and improve their backup environment.
The HealthCheck/SG service offering includes analysis of data collected by Servergraph/TSM and best practice recommendations which will allow an IT staff to significantly improve their backup environment at minimal cost and with minimal interruption. The HealthCheck/SG service provides an in-depth analysis of how backups and storage servers are performing, and then makes recommendations on how to improve productivity, automation, and overall operations related to storage management.
Servergraphs original two-day, on-site classroom program has been modified to fit into multiple Web-base, on-line classroom sessions. Roberts said that flexibility in training and delivery without the need to travel are the key benefits of this approach.
