We are thrilled that the AMERICASMART gourmet panel has recognized our unique entertainment alternative as the most innovative 2003 gourmet product, says John Franks, Co-founder of Convivium. The beauty of the Convivium concept is that the game itself creates a fun social environment and results in a great meal."

Convivium is a casual dinner party board game that combines a number of features in successful dinner parties. Great conversation, warm laughter, and friendly competition are drawn from guests as they play the appetizer round, main entrée round, and dessert round of the game in an effort to determine who will be the beverage manager, chef, wait staff, and winner for that course of the meal. Easy-to-follow shopping lists, invitation post cards, menu variations, and finish line recipe cards create a simple yet very entertaining and affordable dinner party.

The game play creates the social atmosphere with game cards that include:
---   Name that dinner music (hit's from 60's,70's,80's,90's) by humming, whistling, or beating the song while others guess.
---   Fun Food Pop Convivia Trivia (not brain brawl). Which condiments and side dish go with Jimmy Buffet's "Cheeseburger in Paradise?"
---   Toast Master (fill in the blank toasts) Here's to _________________ where some of my fondest memories occurred.
---   Reflections (ice breaker/get to know your guest questions) Describe your favorite lunch box from grade school and explain what was usually in it.

Participants compete for finish line spaces that include the following culinary responsibilities:
---   Chefs (prepare the appetizer, main entree, dinner salad, and dessert)
---   Beverage managers (create the specialty drinks-- margaritas, after dinner drink, coffee etc.)
---   Wait Staff (Serves, assists the Chefs, cleans/clears the table, and does the dishes)
---   Winner (simply relaxes and enjoys the experience)

The Convivium game, and additional free online menus are presently being offered at our official website located at www.conviviumcooking.com."; This unique game is a recipe for a great time and presently retails for $29.95. Play Convivum, the board game that results in a meal!
