Avtaar has two disparate solutions that it can offer for the banking sector

1.Customised Solution for a Bank

Avtaar can offer customised solutions for a banks employees as well as its clients. Avtaar does not endeavour to provide a new or improved banking solution altogether, but on the contrary complements a banks existing solution and enables a bank to provide value-added services to its clients thereby enhancing the capability of the existing solution and also improving the efficiency of the bank.

How Avtaar works

Avtaar will build on top of an existing banking solution as well as the corporate Intranet. It will communicate with the banking solution using a pre-defined Avtaar API and will enable seamless flow of information between the solution and a variety of devices (mobile handsets, PDAs, Instant Messengers, fax machines). It is also capable of sourcing as well as posting information for the bank from/to the Internet.

Avtaar would reside securely behind the banks firewall and service various client requests. Avtaar is highly customisable and potentially each user (a user could be either an employee or a client) could personalise it to suit their requirements. This essentially facilitates the creation of a personalised view for each user wherein they can get snapshot of all their relevant information at one place.

2.Aggregation Solution

Avtaar can aggregate the summary of a consumers multiple bank accounts and display them in one window thus saving the consumer a lot of time and eliminates the need for remembering multiple usernames and passwords.
