Benefit Software first provided OshKosh with a personalized website and online benefit statements. Then the company distributed printed TotalComp employee benefit statements to its employees who didn't have Internet access at work. These production employees were then given access to a kiosk at work where they could view their online benefit information. These individualized employee benefit statements show employees the costs of their employer-paid benefits in addition to their salary and other "paid time-off" benefits.
