The fantasy genre has traditionally been thought of as clogged with Lord of the Rings imitations," says Dale Sutton, Editor-in-Chief of Riptide Press, Inc. We aim to change that. To us fantasy is about stretching the bounds of imagination. We want to give readers of the genre something different from the norm. In doing so, we also hope to attract those readers who wouldnt normally pick up a fantasy novel."
