Cem Ahmet, former head of country marketing (UK & Nordics) at Global Crossing (UK) Telecommunications, has launched an 'adult and 'silver gear (gaming, gadget and wrist tech) webstore, SilverCandy.
Aimed at the 18-35 year old market on the B2C side and promotions and incentives companies for corporate gifts on the B2B side, SilverCandy offers intriguing gifts, gadgets and saucy toys with prices ranging from 4.95 for a Tube of 25 Diamond Gaming Chips to 299.99 for a top of the range iRiver MP3 Player.
Ahmet said: SilverCandys niche is that it sells both 'silver and 'adult gear and services three different market sectors: gadget/gear, gift, and adult. It offers interesting, cool items not readily found on the High Street. SilverCandy offers quality, spice and uniqueness."

CML Marketing designed the SilverCandy logo, and Mumbler Productions designed the website.
A press campaign has launched this month in Cosmopolitan, T3 and Gay Times, and online on Handbag.com, T3.co.uk, thesun.co.uk & E-directory.co.uk; and both branding and product-led pre-Christmas campaigns are currently being planned. Media planning and buying is handled in-house.
