What Makes You Happy?
This was one of the questions asked to over 360 individuals during the filming of the independent documentary One Happy Movie." The film documents a 10-day journey by four college students who sought out happiness.
ORLANDO, FLA. --This was one of the questions asked to over 360 individuals during the filming of the independent documentary "One Happy Movie." The film documents a 10-day journey by four college students who sought out happiness.
The students visited 12 states and over 40 different locations including small towns, cities, businesses, churches, academic institutions, amusement parks, the American Idols' audition, and Ground Zero in New York City. From the rich to the poor, white to black, young to old, they revealed... "What makes you happy?"

·"The feeling that God loves you" responded Martha Weisfeld, Abingdon VA.
·"Music" proclaimed Lawrence Doherty (Lunchmeat Larry), Washington, DC.
·"Being married for 48 years" said Joseph and Barbara Derrow, Broadway, VA.
·"The satisfaction of helping people" declared firefighter Marvin Davis, Micanopy, FL.
·"Doing the things that I enjoy" stated Greg Coco, Gettysburg, PA.
·"Great friends" responded Amy Fantin of Brooklyn, NY.
·"My belief in God" stated homeless man Wally in Gainesville, FL.
"One Happy Movie" bought joy, laughter, tears, memories, and numerous other emotions during production and will make everyone believe in happiness again.
The documentary is currently in postproduction and set for a limited release in December. You can request the film at your local theatre.
