Founder, John Fujii Addresses the Demand for Diverse Professionals

The article, entitled "Recruiting Executives of Color" discusses the opinions of three business leaders on the availability of diverse talent in the professional ranks. Ever the optimist, John Fujii feels that the economic turndown has presented diverse professionals with opportunities to advance in areas otherwise closed due to full employment. For those unfortunate individuals downsized in recent years he knows of many corporations that are actively looking for multicultural talent to balance out executive row. While other areas of recruitment have suffered during the downturn, Diversity Recruiting is experienced an increase in activity.
Fujii, an Asian American, is no stranger to the multicultural recruitment niche.
