Statement from Zagil Wireless on the Passing of Dr. Akila Al-Hashimi

Baghdad, Iraq September 25, 2003 -- On behalf of Zagil Wireless executive management, board members, founders and employees, we submit our sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to her family and colleagues at the Governing Council and all the honest people of Iraq. May God bless her soul in heaven.
Iraq today lost one of its major pillars of truth and justice who was ready to expose and very active to send to trial the same people that cowardly assassinated her. Dr. Al-Hashimis foresight will continue and live on by the millions of honest Iraqi people, her task will be completed by all of the Iraqis to expose and eliminate once and for all those who helped to violate the human rights of all the Iraqis. Many Saddam followers and opportunists remain at large in Iraq and are the same ones responsible for the violence in Iraq.
It is our duty all to set foot now and clean Iraq from all the negative forces and terrorists remaining behind and to cut all sources of tainted monies to provide a better life for Iraqis and to build a solid community of New Iraq.
We mourn her passing.
