L.E.D. technology x Modern Art in NYC --MORPHOLOGY

(PRWEB) September 30, 2003 -- MORPHOLOGY -- \Mor*phol"o*gy\, n. the branch of biology that deals with the form and structure of organisms without consideration of function"
LEDs - Light Emitting Diodes. In order to understand the art and essence within this amazing technology, one must take a step back and look at the LED in its simplest form. Teddy Lo, an emerging young multi-media artist, has collaborated with Cotco, a high-end and renowned LED manufacturer in Hong Kong, to create an art show eccentrically distinctive from what has ever been presented before. Teddy Lo removes the product-pushing messages and reveals the true beauty of LEDs in the dynamic ability to come alive in perception and motion. The concept of 'Morphology surfaces as viewers attentions are diverted away from the existing applications. Viewers refocus, observe and feel the core element that has been neglected; this is the realm of LED technology and the essence of life.
