Light Management Group Corporate Update - Baylor College of Medicine To Schedule UV Scanner Testing

Light Management Group (LMGR.PK) is pleased to update shareholders with respect to UV Scanner testing at the Baylor College of Medicine. Baylor has advised that executive meetings and testing of the UV Scanner should take place the week of October 13, 2003.

Baylor College Of Medicine To Schedule UV Scanner Testing On Week Of October 13

On February 12, 2002, Light Management Group, Inc. (LMGR.PK) (http://www.lmgr.net) announced an agreement to supply Baylor College of Medicine with an Ultraviolet (UV) Scanner For Evaluation in The Division of Neuroscience.

In November, 2002, Light Management reported that, after considerable consideration and discussion with Baylor, it was decided that LMG would ship a unit built specifically to Baylor specifications.

On July 31, Light Management reported that a UV Scanner built to Baylor specifications was expected to be delivered to Light Management Headquarters by the second week of August. The unit arrived as expected. Subsequently, the unit underwent exhaustive final diagnostic testing over the course of 3-4 business days.

Due to scheduling conflicts at Baylor, the College requested a delay in final shipment. Management is now pleased to advise that Baylor wishes to schedule meetings with company executives and unit testing in the week of October 13. Management wishes to advise investors that correspondence with Baylor has been extremely positive and that all parties are very enthusiastic about their meeting/testing in and around October 13.

Upon successful completion of the evaluation process, LMG and The College will enter into discussions concerning the sale of the UV Scanner to the College.
