Real estate brokers successfully lobby HotelShark to spin off its "Bed and Breakfasts for Sale" section, which is now available at http://www.bnbshark.com .

PALO ALTO, CALIF. (PRWEB) January 1, 2003 - HotelShark (http://www.hotelshark.com), a leading online marketplace for hotel real estate, has spawned BnBShark (http://www.bnbshark.com), an online marketplace for bed and breakfast properties.

Available free of charge on the Internet at http://www.bnbshark.com , BnBShark was created in response to a demand among HotelShark advertisers for a dedicated, online bed and breakfast marketplace.

HotelShark has had a "Bed and Breakfasts for Sale" section since August 2001. As a stand-alone website, BnBShark will be able to use meta tags and keywords to make it a top search engine result for bed and breakfast-specific queries. As HotelShark is currently a top-10 search result for the term "hotels for sale" on leading search engine Google, BnBShark is expected to become a top-10 search result for "bed and breakfasts for sale."

SharkPage, Inc., the owner of HotelShark, launched BnBShark on December 27, 2002. All "Bed and Breakfast for Sale" ads that were on HotelShark as of that date were duplicated on BnBShark at no additional cost to advertisers. When those ads end their three-month terms, they will be deleted from HotelShark, and advertisers will be given the opportunity to renew them on BnBShark.

Ads on BnBShark cost the same as they do on HotelShark: $28 for 90 days, plus $6 per photo.
