MSPAlliance Extends Benefits and Continues Work of Strategic Sourcing Advisory Council
New focus will include formation of advisory board to promote best practices standards

The MSPAlliance is committed to the promotion of industry standards adopted by the SSAC and the ongoing definition of service management standards. Although the SSAC is ceasing operations, the MSPAlliance offers a continuation of the service provider community and a strong voice for best practices in the industry.

The new focus on industry standards and best practices requires the formation of an advisory board comprised of industry leaders and experts. The boards focus will include the promotion and education of ITIL standards and service management practices.
