Burnaby, B.C. — Multi-award-winning bestselling romance author Katherine Sutcliffe has signed on with Zumaya Publications to begin making her sensual historical romance Dream Fever available once more for her many fans.

We are excited and honored that Kate chose Zumaya for this project," said Zumaya President Tina Haveman. She is an extremely talented writer—and a delightful lady to work with."
Winner of the 1991 Dorothy Parker Award for Best Romantic Suspense and Long Contemporary of 2001 Darkling I Listen, Katherine Sutcliffe has published 22 novels historical and contemporary suspense novels with such noted publishers as Avon, Signet, Berkley/Jove, Kensington and Pocket Books. In addition, she was consultant head writer for the daytime dramas As The World Turns and Another World.

In addition to the Parker Award, Darkling I Listen received the Francis Reader's Award for Best Romantic Suspense of 2001 and the Romance Writers of America Kiss of Death's Daphne du Maurier Award for Best Single Title Romantic Suspense of 2001, and was a finalist in the RWA Rita Awards for Best Romantic Suspense of 2001.
Her November 2000 national bestseller, Notorious, was featured on iVillage.com/The Women's Network, as one of the seven best romances of the year and won the RWA Write Touch Readers Award for Best Historical of the Year. She recently won the Romantic Times magazine Career Achievement Award for Storyteller of the Year.

The new edition of Dream Fever will be published in trade paperback and ebook formats in March 2003.

About ZUMAYA PUBLICATIONS
Zumaya Publications is an innovative new publishing company that strives to bring the best of fiction to the public. Zumaya officially launched last year with the release of its first titles in print and PDF format. This year will bring a greatly expanded listing to suit all tastes.

With new publishers appearing and failing almost daily, Zumaya Publishing will stand apart by limiting its list to only the highest quality titles. One of the advantages of the new digital publishing industry is that we are able to offer titles from talented authors previously overlooked by traditional markets or who write in genres transcending standardized categories of fantasy, science fiction, romance, mystery and others. Zumaya's philosophy is simple. If it's a great, well-written story, we'll publish it.
