Funeral Exchange launches new product brand – Directors Solutions" and company name. New Brand Strengthens Industry Expansion & Product Position within the funeral services industry.

Funeral Exchange, Inc., one of the funeral services industries largest technology consulting and business solutions companies, announced that it has launched its new product brand – Directors Solutions and company name. The change reflects the Companys transformation over the past years from being a marketplace portal and website development firm, into a best-of-breed technology solution provider. It also brings the Company and product branding into alignment.

Funeral Exchange is now Directors Solutions.

New Brand Strengthens Industry Expansion & Product Position

January 8th, 2003, Dallas, TX - Today Funeral Exchange, Inc., one of the funeral services industries largest technology consulting and business solutions companies, announced that it has launched its new product brand – Directors Solutions and company name. The change reflects the Companys transformation over the past years from being a marketplace portal and website development firm, into a best-of-breed technology solution provider. It also brings the Company and product branding into alignment. The new brand underscores Directors Solutions industry commitment to set a clear direction for clients so they achieve desired results with their business systems and their firm. Over the coming months, the Companys range of complete business solutions offerings, including Directors Management, will be released under the Directors Solutions brand.

The Brand Process

Beginning in June 2002, the Company conducted a process of brand market and research analysis within the funeral services industry. It worked with consultants and conducted focus groups with key clients and its own employees to create a value proposition that defined the Companies unique qualities in areas that were most valuable to their clients.

In October 2002, the Company began looking and reviewed many possible names provided by employees, clients and brand experts. From this the Company screened for names consistent with its desired branding position, usability and meaning. After extensive internal review all factors pointed to one name - Directors Solutions.

Mr. Abrams concludes, The change is an important one for the company, however we will work with our existing customers best interests in mind to ensure their transition is smooth. All future sales of our products will carry the Directors Solutions brand."
