New Free Email Program requires advertising and marketers to pay for email, raising hundreds of millions of dollars for Internet Service providers.

In early February of 2003, IPE, Inc. will release a new Free add-on for email programs that will generate hundreds of millions of dollars for ISPs. This new program requires advertisers and marketers to pay postage on all marketing material they wish to send to participating ISPs customers. It will also help block spam and unsolicited commercial email.

IPEs new email program is the only program that can actually generate revenue, without any out of pocket expense for the ISPs. The program allows consumer-to-consumer and business-to-business email to be sent as they are today without charge. The new Email Postal Exchange requires marketers and advertisers to pay postage up front for all marketing and advertising material. Without paying the postage, the advertiser or marketers material will be blocked.

IPE, Inc. believes that Email should be considered like all other forms of advertising where the cost is paid by the advertiser not the recipient. The current system requires the recipient to absorb the cost of the email advertising and that cost is passed on to the consumer in the way of higher fees. IPEs Email Postal Exchange puts that cost where it belongs, back on the advertisers.

Email marketing costs the advertiser 25% of what a direct marketing campaign using regular mail costs. The Email Postal Exchange charges a small fee of 10 cents for each email sent to a consumer. This fee is then split between the ISP and IPE, Inc. Even with the 10-cent fee email marketing will still be less then 33% of the cost of direct mail. For a large ISP this program could generate millions of dollars per day.

Advertisers on a daily basis pay to reach consumers through TV, Radio, Newspaper, Search Engines, Banner Ads and Direct Marketing. Email marketing should not be different. If an advertiser uses someone elses resources, the owner of those resources should be compensated. The Email Postal Exchange makes sure that the ISP is compensated for the use of those resources.

IPE, Inc.is looking to partner with a major software company to help bring this product to market and share in the revenue.
