Pacific Wind Ensemble to perform concert showcasing the works of Gordon Jacob
San Francisco, CA —: In its third of four concerts during the 2002-2003 season, the Pacific Wind Ensemble will perform a special concert dedicated to the music of Gordon Jacob. The program will include: Old Wine in New Bottles, More Old Wine in New Bottles, Three Elizabethan Fancies, and the Divertimento in E-flat.

San Francisco, CA —: In its third of four concerts during the 2002-2003 season, the Pacific Wind Ensemble will perform a special concert dedicated to the music of Gordon Jacob. The program will include: Old Wine in New Bottles, More Old Wine in New Bottles, Three Elizabethan Fancies, and the Divertimento in E-flat. The concert is on Sunday, February 9, 2003 at 8:00pm at the San Francisco Community Center (544 Capp Street, San Francisco), There is no admission charge, however, donations will be accepted.
The Pacific Wind Ensemble performs the finest chamber music written for wind instruments in pairs. Founded in 1992, the Pacific Wind Ensemble presents four concerts a season, performing in San Francisco and at different venues across the Bay Area. Musicians are selected by invitation only and are comprised of talented Bay Area musicians, both professional and amateur, who volunteer their time performing.
