Seasoned Regulatory Compliance Officer Joins The Wercs, Ltd.

Nicole Montag Appointed Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Albany, New York. – The Wercs, Ltd., a global leader in Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) software, today announced the appointment of Nicole Montag as regulatory compliance analyst. Montag will be responsible for communicating product stewardship and regulatory compliance issues amongst The Wercs, Ltd. client base.

Montag brings years of direct industry experience by working with companies such as Akzo Nobel, Northrup Gruman Component Technologies and American Pharmaceutical Partners. During her tenure with the respected companies, Montag dealt with TSCA import/export issues and DOT/IATA/IMDG transportation compliance. In addition, Montag oversaw workplace compliance & training, analytical chemistry, microbiology, product stewardship and hazard communications.

Montag holds a B.S. degree in zoology and a minor in chemistry and molecular biology from Washington State University. Her professional affiliations include: American Chemical Society (ACS), American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), Dangerous Goods Advisory Council (DGAC) and Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC).
