American Universities to benefit from the VillaBoard Sports:An Invention of Nigerian born Patrick Okeke.
Africa,including,its teeming inhabitants is renowned for being liliputian compared to other parts of the globe in terms of achievements in the world of Innovation.But a 27 year old Nigerian Patrick Emeka Okeke,has done the continent proud by inventing the VillaBoard Game and VillaBoard sports and is on his way to sharing the knowledge to benefit American Universities.
He attracted the attention of Pakistani based manufacturers, Service Mondial, in April 2002 and went on to sign a 10 year Exclusivity licensing Agreement in October 2002-to commence the manufacturing of the game.
The game is played on an octagonal shaped wooden base(the Disc) by two players known as junkers,by distributing 32 white knobs/balls and 32 black knobs/balls through 16 holes(knob sack),eight on each side,in attempt to make a combination of 2 white and 2 black knobs by using positonal evaluations and Mathematical combinations.
The VillaBoard Game is a do it yourself kind of game,where anything goes,but it is most appropriate to strategize,destrategize,since it encourages the use of tact and intuition.
The current version of the of the game MT13,is designed to assist children in appreciating the the use of probabilities at a greater pace whilst gameing,pleasurably.
The VillaBoard Sports is derived from the Villaboard game and have other principal actors such as the "Junkers"(players of the villaBoard game/sports)"Presiders"(umpires of a VillaBoard sports match)"superior Presiders"(4 Judges of a VillaBoard Sports).
Plans are in the pipeline to Launch the product into the European,US and Canadian markets in in February 2003.

When eventually launched in May 2003 the sports has the potentials of building a new multibillion dollar industry,as well as anew learning opportunies, that might generate massive employment opportunities worldwide.
The Sports would be taught,online, in collaboration with US, British,Australian and Nigerian Universities to provide broad based learning opportunies.
He was a recipient of Nigeria's National Office For Technology Acquisition and Promotion Award for his Innovations, in June 2000.He is also a Member of Nigerian Association of Inventors,and the former General Editor of Law In Nigeria Magazine published by Brainsworth Publishing company Ltd.
