Cerado and Infocap AB Form Alliance to Provide Sales Effectiveness Services to Global Customers

Cerado, a provider of sales force information services, and Infocap AB, a provider of strategic CRM services, today announced an alliance to provide joint services to global customers. The companies will cooperatively develop solutions that combine Cerados proven tools and methods for gathering and analyzing sales win-loss information with Infocaps CRMPRO methodology for CRM deployment.

Half Moon Bay, Calif. and Stockholm, Sweden – January 23, 2003 – Cerado, a provider of sales force information services, and Infocap AB, a provider of strategic CRM services, today announced an alliance to provide joint services to global customers. The companies will cooperatively develop solutions that combine Cerados proven tools and methods for gathering and analyzing sales win-loss information with Infocaps CRMPRO methodology for CRM deployment.

Infocap offers a unique set of consulting services, and helps companies develop strategies to more effectively manage their customer relationships. These services enable Infocaps customers to create efficient and targeted marketing and sales strategies.
