Redasoft and ChemSW Sign Distribution Agreement for Visual Cloning Software.

Redasoft, a global provider of drug discovery productivity enhancement software for the life science research community, and ChemSW, Inc., a leading provider of chemical and biochemical inventory management systems, today announced an agreement for the distribution of Visual Cloning, Redasofts desktop genetic map drawing and sequence analysis software package.

Toronto, ON - January 28, 2003 - Redasoft, a global provider of drug discovery productivity enhancement software for the life science research community, and ChemSW, Inc., a leading provider of chemical and biochemical inventory management systems, today announced an agreement for the distribution of Visual Cloning, Redasofts desktop genetic map drawing and sequence analysis software package.
