Spammers Illegally Using The Noble Pagan Domain Name

Spammers are using the domain name to give themselves the appearance of a legitimate business. The Noble Pagan, TNP, is aware of the IP addresses and locations of as many as 45 email relays which are being used to send messages to the public. Charges are being filed against all individuals/businesses that are responsible for these mass emailing messages.

Federal Way, WA (PRWEB) October 3, 2003 The Noble Pagan is a web site devoted to educating the public regarding pagan religious paths and promoting acceptance of all religious belief systems. Currently, its domain name is being illegally used by spammers. Spammers are using the domain name to give themselves the appearance of a legitimate business. The Noble Pagan, TNP, is aware of the IP addresses and locations of as many as 45 email relays which are being used to send messages to the public.

The spammers draw up an email and then mass message all of the public email servers like AOL, Yahoo and MSN. These messages are not being sent by TNP but from different email relay" stations around the globe. When it reaches the end user, the senders address is an indecipherable name (for example, jbnskk@noblepagan.com). When the spammed user goes to The Noble Pagan web site, they find it is a legitimate entity.

TNP is not sending these emails nor does it condone the use of this type of advertising. TNP will never advertise for non-pagan commercial sites nor does TNP use spam to simply get a message out to the public. In response to the slandering of its name, TNP is following legal procedures. Charges are being filed against all individuals/businesses that are responsible for these mass emailing messages.

TNP humbly apologizes to all who have received these mass-emailed advertisements from the domain noblepagan.com. The staff at TNP is doing everything possible to avoid future occurrences of spam.
