Accell Launches New Hybrid Phone To Go" Prepaid Cellular Program

Accell, Inc. announces introduction of new prepaid cellular offering, Phone to Go, with rates and features traditionally kept for postpaid plans.

Hartford, CT (PRWEB September 30 2003--Accell, Inc. announced today that it is introducing an exciting new prepaid cellular offering, Phone to Go, with rates comparable to many postpaid plans. Phone to Go bundled plans will be offered from $24.95 to $99.95 and will include features such as unlimited nights and weekends, unlimited PCS to PCS calling and web browsing. Such features have been traditionally kept for postpaid plans.

Phone to Go was developed in partnership with Phonetec LLC, a Reseller of Sprint PCS* Services and a leader in private label programs. By implementing Phase I of Phonetecs new PACE" Prepaid Application Creation Environment, Accell will have the ability to manage the subscriber on a real time basis. In Phase II of Phonetecs (projected out the end of the first quarter 2004) launch, Phonetec and Accell will focus on the utilization of an SS7 application for mid call tear-downs and whisper messaging notification. This move will position the two companies as a true MVNO" Mobile Virtual Network Operator.
