IIPM on World Bank Institute's Steering Committee

The Indian Institute of Planning & Management (IIPM) has been nominated and selected by the World Bank Institute (Washington D.C.) to be Member, Steering Committee for specific Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in India.

2003: World Bank Institute (Washington D.C) Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda Development: IIPM has been nominated & chosen by the World Bank Institute (Washington D.C.) to be Member, Steering Committee for specific Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. This initiative started in 2003 with the World Bank including IIPM (students & faculty) in developing a course programme on Corporate Social Responsibility. This initiative now focuses on conducting a comprehensive national conference supported by exhaustive research of IIPM. IIPMs past experience in various social areas and also the experience in providing consulting solutions to corporations are some of the key factors for IIPM's involvement in these initiatives.
