eMailMerge extends the normal Office MailMerge functionality to all outgoing emails through Outlook and allows you to insert data fields from your Outlook Contacts list directly into the subject or body of an email message. This means that one simply needs to create the communication for friends or customers, and use eMailMerge to select the contacts that will receive the email. Each email is personalized automatically, and sent as if it was individually prepared.
