20 MILLION U.S. CHILDREN OWED $92.3 BILLION IN UNPAID CHILD SUPPORT

19+ States to Hold Candlelight Vigil to Remember the Children National Candlelight Vigil to highlight plight of U.S children owed child support on October 7, 2003. The vigil is for the 20 million children in the United States owed $92.3 Billion in unpaid child support. Children owed child support growing up in single parent households are the poorest children in the nation.

ACES leaders, members, their children and local public officials will be attending the events throughout the country that will be held in small farming communities.
