JANE L. SALAMON NAMED DANIEL GALE VP OF POLICY & PROCEDURE

Huntington, NY...October 1, 2003...Jane L. Salamon has been named the Daniel Gale Vice President of Policy and Procedure. She is a past Manager of Daniel Gale Real Estate-Sterling Division, a founder of Sterling Properties, Inc. and has been active in North Shore Real Estate for 25 years. In her new position, Ms. Salamon will be responsible for agent education, providing information and expertise relating to professional guidelines, including Multiple Listing Service (MLS) policies, Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR) Code of Ethics and Department of State Requirements.

Ms. Salamon, a Licensed Real Estate Broker, is past Treasurer of the Multiple Listing Service and has served as a member of LIBORs Professional Standards Committee for the past 16 years. She was the committee chairperson from 1997 through 1998. She also serves as a Mediator for the Board and is a member of the Boards Education, Liason and Budget and Finance Committees. Ms. Salamon has been a Zone 3 Director of MLS for four terms, as well as a Director of the North Shore Chapter of LIBOR.
