NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- Many of us dream of creating and sustaining a fulfilling intimate relationship but few have the tools to do so. We put hours into our careers, but when it comes to personal relationships, we can often expect them to function without our attention. Metro Event Planners is hosting a Workshop to teach Couples, whether they just started dating or have been married some time how to increase their closeness, Intimacy Enhancement Workshop."

Intimacy is more than having good communication; its a feeling of connection and belonging together. Some moments of the strongest connection are silent. With just a few easy exercises that take minutes a day, couples can consciously reignite the passionate spark that drew them together.

In this 1 1/2hr workshop, our husband & wife team will teach you ancient techniques derived from the Tantric & other traditions to enhance self-awareness, deepen intimacy, short-circuit conflict and strengthen your bond. Couples will learn to develop skills for deepening their connection, ways to bring sacredness into their union, cultivate new skills to bring more passion into their love life, and to prevent or defuse conflict non-verbally.

The event consists of lecture and exercise. The exercises are gentle, safe and require no knowledge of Yoga or prior experience of any kind.
