New Orleans, LA, (PRWEB) October 5, 2003 -- The Training Associates (TTA), the largest and oldest IT trainer provider in North America, announces the general launch of its interactive website with an online job board, built just for IT trainers. It is designed to dramatically increase the number of qualified trainers that are available for contract and full-time positions, and to therefore, significantly reduce trainer costs for IT training providers, corporate training departments, and
IT companies.

TrackerWeb is a valuable tool for IT trainers, and for our clients." states Vic Melfa, CEO of The Training Associates, Trainers will have the ability to teach as many classes as they are able to, and because of the larger pool of qualified trainers, our clients will receive lower prices, higher quality, and quicker turnaround for their known requirements and all of their customer needs." Operations Manager, Justin Barrett adds, Because 80% of all IT training is instructor-led training (ILT) with approximately half of those costs coming from trainer costs, we are working toward the commoditizing" of trainer costs to increase the available supply of known qualified trainers, thus driving down the cost of ILT."

TrackerWeb for Trainers© has already been successfully released to The Training Associates current database of over 4,000 contract and staff trainers. Unlike the majority of online job boards, it is a complete recruiting site and addresses the needs of IT trainers exclusively. Any individual who becomes a TTA Approved Trainer may be considered for the thousands of jobs currently in the system.

Trainers complete their profiles with detailed information such as resumes, references, course proficiency, desired jobs, class rates, certifications, exams, calendar, and student evaluations. Based on successful interviews and trial periods they become TTA Approved Trainers. Utilizing our job board responses, TTA consultants match the best trainer for the job at the lowest possible price, and with a money-back" customer satisfaction guarantee.

TrackerWeb is a module of the internally developed, million-dollar TrainerTracker System©, a CRM, order entry, knowledge and human capital management system integrated with a back-end financial suite. Future versions are expected shortly. Version 1.1 for trainers includes complete job history and status of open and future jobs; payment status, courses, fees paid and client information. Version 2.0 for clients, scheduled for Q4 2003, will show all client open trainer requisitions, commitments and job history, as well as a management and cost measurement tool.
