HOMEBUYERS AND HOMEOWNERS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND FINANCING SEMINAR in OAK CREEK, WISCONSIN
No Money Wisconsin Seminar to teach home owners and home buyers about the industry and how to make the most informative decisions as to their rates and terms.
West Allis, WI, (10/04/2003) – The Oak Creek Community Center will host CharterWest Mortgage in an effort to educate current homeowners and future home buyers of the volatility in the mortgage industry. The seminar, sponsored by CharterWest Mortgage Branch Manager Kent Wheeles, will educate future homeowners of the correct process to purchasing a home and how to save money in the process. The seminar also marks the start of the No Money Wisconsin" initiative. The start time is 6:00 on November 11, 2003. Prior Registration is requested to ensure adequate seating. New homebuyers are most susceptible to poor rates and bad service from a broker. The No Money Wisconsin" program will educate the homebuyer to prevent them from making mistakes that could cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The informational seminar will touch on little known industry facts and guidelines. Homebuyers and homeowners will become educated in the importance of their credit scores. Although the mathematical formulas are unknown to the public and even those in the industry, there will be tips on improving your score with immediate results. The tips are not the standard pay your bills" tips, but actual information that immediately gives people extra points. Credit is a major factor when receiving a rate from a lender and the goal is to save money on your mortgage.
Another topic that concerns many future homeowners is the correct and best process to acquiring financing. There are many different routes and brokers to choose, but the goal is to inform people of the proper avenues. Each situation is different and must be handled appropriately. The No Money Wisconsin" seminar will advise on the topic and explain in detail the reasons why each situation must be handled in a different manner.
The No Money Wisconsin" initiative was put into place because of the rapid increase in first time homebuyers interest. While the interest is at its peak, the goal is to reach as many people as possible. While the economy is in a slump, it is necessary to save money everywhere possible. This initiative will free more money to spend on other necessary things. It is not necessary to bring 20% down on a home. In many situations, there will be No Money.
Also, in an effort to give people hope, Pastor Hill from Amazing Ministries will speak. This will give him an opportunity to speak to an audience needing hope. Along with Pastor Hill, CharterWest Mortgage hopes to reach many people and give hope when there is an endless sense of hopelessness.
