Albert Einstein's Theory of Releativity is now OBSOLETE!

On October 8, 2003 at the 53 International Conference on Nuclear Spectroscopy, and Nuclear Structure "Nucleus-2003" at Moscow State University in Russia, a blockbuster scientific paper will be presented that will render Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity obsolete!

The paper called THE BASES OF THE VORTEX THEORY will reveal that time is not a fundamental principle of the universe. Instead, time is found to be merely a function of motion; an illusion created by motion! This shocking discovery immediately renders as either totally wrong or obsolete all theories that use time as a fundamental principle upon which to explain the mechanics of the universe -- including Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity!

     This spectacular though shocking discovery was quietly begun fourteen years ago by Mr. R. G. Moon of Fort Lauderdale Florida.
