LOAN LIAISON LAUNCHES FINANCING WEB SITE EXCLUSIVELY FOR HVAC/R CONSUMERS

Free service provides consumers with multiple financing options for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations.

BOONSBORO, MD October 7, 2003 – Loan Liaison announced today the launch of HVACloan.com (http://www.hvacloan.com). This free service instantly connects visitors to financing solutions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations.

Visitors to www.hvacloan.com complete a simple, secure form that is forwarded to multiple lenders who compete for the loan. The service remains free to the visitor, and they may receive the funds in as little as 48 hours.

Until now, HVAC equipment and installation financing was largely based on personal, unsecured loan products. Having strong relationships with major lenders offering home equity loans and lines of credit, what was once considered a lost sale by installers — because of the customer's credit worthiness – can now be saved. This invaluable benefit will allow installers across the country to build customer relationships and add profit to their business, without increasing their marketing budget.

"Loan Liaison is proud to be the first company offering consumers multiple, online lending solutions exclusive to HVAC home comfort investments," said Jesse Barron, co-founder of Loan Liaison. "Oftentimes, equipment manufacturers and installers offer financing through a single lender; usually at a higher interest rate. HVACloan.com breaks the mold and empowers the consumer to choose the best offer," Barron added.

Although the site remains consumer focused, an affiliate program has been established for HVAC/R professionals. Enrollment in the affiliate program is free and open to any organization or HVAC/R professional within the United States. When completing the application, a unique sub-domain is chosen to distribute to customers. When visitors enter HVACloan.com through the unique domain (e.g., abcair.hvacloan.com), the affiliate will receive a commission for a completed loan request.
