Since it's launch at the Florida Restaurant Show there have been request from people who wanted to invest in CWS USA. So the Board of Directors authorized for sale 280,000 shares of stock.

October 6, 2003 - ASC International Holdings, LLC announces it's decision to issue 280,000 shares of common stock at a price of $5.75 a share to raise $1,610,000 working capital. CWS USA is a S-Corp and will allow a maximum of 50 new shareholders, therefore a minimum purchase of 5,600 shares are required. CWS USA has a total of 1,000,000 authorized shares.

Individuals interested in becoming a distributor may also purchase shares and have there licensing fee wavied. They must qualify to become a distributor.
