Schiller-Pfeiffer Acquires BedShaper Product Line

Schiller-Pfeiffer, Inc., manufacturer of Little Wonder® and Mantis® Landscaping & Gardening Power Equipment, announced the acquisition of the BedShaper® line of self-propelled and tractor mounted edgers from Pro Industries, Inc. of Ephrata, PA. The BedShaper line was introduced six years ago and has steadily gained popularity among golf course, grounds maintenance, and landscape professionals.

SOUTHAMPTON, PA (PRWEB) October 8, 2003 -- Schiller-Pfeiffer, Inc., manufacturer of Little Wonder® and Mantis® Landscaping & Gardening Power Equipment, announced the acquisition of the BedShaper® line of self-propelled and tractor mounted edgers from Pro Industries, Inc. of Ephrata, PA. The BedShaper line was introduced six years ago and has steadily gained popularity among golf course, grounds maintenance, and landscape professionals.

The acquisition includes; BedShaper model 900, a self-propelled, hydrostatic drive edger that cuts up to 100 feet per minute (with three engine options: 11 hp Briggs & Stratton, 13 hp Kawasaki, and 13 hp Honda); model 951 - Grasshopper Tractor Mounted BedShaper; and model 952 - Walker Tractor Mounted BedShaper.
