National Detection Clinics Ltd. is extending the Priority Subscription dealine to October 31, 2003 from October 17, 2003.

After a special meeting of the Board of Directors it was decided that in order to contact all eligible investors an additional two weeks would be required.

The Company is introducing Early Detection Cancer Clinics to North America. Our clinics will use FDA approved Infra-red Thermal Imaging Technology. This non-invasive form of diagnosis determines structure changes in the tissues, leading to possible Early Detection.
