Optimum Skin Care Participates in Macy's Passport Fashion Show

Optimum Skin Care, a San Francisco skin care clinic, founded by Pearl Dworkin which opened in June 2003 participated in Macy's Passport Fashion Show. Optimum Skin Care is located in the heart of San Francisco offering customized and extremely personalized skin care services.

Optimum Skin Care, a San Francisco based skin care clinic, participated in one of the auction packages at the Macys Passport 2003 Fashion Show in San Francisco, California. The auction package included a walk-on part on the hit television show Will and Grace", round trip tickets to LA and hotel accommodations for 2 persons. As part of the package, Optimum Skin Care donated a facial and pre-trip makeover. The entire package went for the highest bid. I am honored that I was asked to be involved in such an important fundraising event said Pearl Dworkin, president, Optimum Skin Care". Proceeds go toward the vital vaccine research, community-based prevention, education, care and advocacy programs. These programs reach thousands of men, women, youth and children living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS to ensure that they live their lives with dignity.

ABOUT OPTIMUM SKIN CARE
Pearl Dworkin, owner of Optimum Skin care, has completed advanced courses in lymphatic drainage, the effects of hormone and menopause on the skin, the causes and treatment of Rosacea, reflexology, aromatherapy and holistic nutrition. Pearl specializes in customized facials, microdermabrasion, flawless makeup application and holistic skincare. She has worked with several world renowned Plastic Surgeons. She also specializes in makeup techniques for film and television. Pearl has earned certifications from nationally recognized institutions such as the International Dermal Institute, the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, the Institute for Educational Therapy, and the Dr. Vodder School for Lymphatic Drainage and the American Council on Exercise.
In addition to her skincare practice, Pearl has been a volunteer facilitator and trainer for the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Program" since 1997. This program provides skincare recommendations and instructions for patients undergoing cancer treatment. Pearl also teaches classes at Bay Area Spas in waxing, microdermabrasion and other subjects, is an Educator and Trainer for skin care companies and recently finished filiming an informercial for a well known international skin care company.
