weXL is pleased to announce the addition of Carolyn Reid as Associate Director, Consulting. Ms. Reid will be responsible for managing consulting client accounts as an independent business consulting practitioner.

weXL is pleased to announce the addition of Carolyn Reid as Associate Director, Consulting. Ms. Reid will be responsible for managing consulting client accounts as an independent business consulting practitioner. She brings over 17 years experience in business consulting, technical leadership, operations and marketing -- with considerable expertise in project management, strategic planning, business process and productivity improvement, business portfolio management, organizational and business development, and international management.

Ms. Reid is no outsider to the needs and requirements of business in our current economic conditions. She gained her experience from various industries: aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, telecommunications, business software and consulting services. While at Motorola, she turned around a division resulting in 50% improvement over previous delivery times and ensuring projected repeat multi-million dollar sales. As an executive leader at Special Devices Inc., she successfully increased production to satisfy increased demand from TRW and its customers: Ford, GM and Chrysler.

Carolyn Reid brings to clients a unique combination of valuable skills and experiences from a wide range of industries. Her expertise and knowledge will add great value to our clients in developing strategies for growth and enhanced productivity," said weXL Managing Partner Richard Bazinet.

Ms. Reid earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Florida and a MBA from Arizona State University. She holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute and a Project Management Masters certification from George Washington University. She is an active member of Phoenix PMI (Project Management Institute), a local Toastmasters club and the ASU West MBA Alumni association.
