Indo-China Duo claim Poker Sites Rapidly Increasing

Research conducted by an Indo-China Duo found that poker portals have nearly doubled during the last year.

Search conducted by an Indo-China Duo found that poker portals have nearly doubled during the last year.

Prof. Chandrashekar claims, "Poker's popularity is growing rapidly because of the Poker World Series and its live broadcasts. I think that this might become an epidemic if it continues to grow at this pace."

But others are less worried.

His counterpart, Prof. Lee Chin Hue said that this is only because of the rise in demand. "Poker is easy to play. But this rise will soon stabilize and then only the good poker sites like Great Poker will remain."

Asked to comment, Top Poker thanked Lee for the compliment but also did not agree with his statement that poker's popularity will decline. "Poker is here to stay!"

Great-Poker Editor was a bit less optimistic, "Poker might lose it's popularity and the weaker sites might crash, but eventually the strong sites will remain and this will benefit all casino players."
