Country Artist and Nashville Star winner Buddy Jewell is featured on a new CD coming out November 11th. This disc was done in 2002 just before Buddy went onto the show.

Country artist Buddy Jewell is featured on teh new release Tales of the New West" on November 11th, 2003 for national distribution. Tales of the New West" was recorded in 2002 just before Buddy Jewell began his quest for the title of Nashville Star".

This CD features 12 country tracks penned by writers Dennis Kahler and Arthur and Alton Corey. They sought out Buddy Jewell to bring these songs to life and as Buddy said after the project was finished.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to be a part of this wonderful CD 'Tales of the
New West. In the past, Ive been approached to do similar projects, but I never felt comfortable
with the material and therefore, declined to participate. But when I was asked to
be a part of this special undertaking, I knew that I was involved with tunes that were well written
and sounded like songs I would be proud to have chosen on my own

Buddy Jewell has a #1 debut Country Album, Top 5 Country Single and is up for a CMA Award this November.
