5 Years Online For The First Asian Enovel.

Saadhu.com was launched in October 1998, as home of the 'The Saadhu Testament', a novel written by the Sri Lankan author Daya Dissanayake. Soon after the release, it was found to be the First Electronic Novel from the whole of Asia. This week marks the books' fifth anniversary.

The author has planned a month of activities to celebrate the event. The kick off will be the launch of 'The Saadhu's online bookshop'. Since the orignal website was created five years ago by a member of the current RadInks.com team, it was natural for the author to contact Rad Inks (Pvt) Ltd. to create his book store.

'The Saadhu Testament' tells the story of a Saadhu with a worldwide following. People from all parts of the world, seek the help of the Saadhu. And the Saadhu never fails.

The author tries to show that the Saadhu is also performing an invaluable service to mankind, and if someone attempts to build it up as a major business, it can be as respectable and ethical as any other business.
