FASTTRAC ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM KICKS OFF IN PHOENIX
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) October 13 2003-- Stealthmode Partners, the leading accelerator for early stage companies in Arizona has announced the kickoff of the FastTrac (TM) Entrepreneurial Education program in Arizona. The 11-session business training program begins December 2, and will be held on Tuesday evenings. Sessions will be held at Merrill Lynch Private Client Services, 2555 E. Camelback Road, Suite 900 from 5:30-8:30 PM. Applications are being taken now at www.fasttrac.org.
The cost of the program is $750, and partial scholarships may be available for deserving applicants. "I know what it's like to build something from scratch and try to make it grow," said Francine Hardaway, a partner in Stealthmode Partners. " I have built two businesses of my own, and I know there aren't a lot of resources available locally to entrepreneurs. I wish I had known about FastTrac(TM) Planning when I was starting Hardaway Marketing Services, because I had to learn everything the hard way. Now my goal is to help local businesses grow bigger and faster so we can have the entrepreneurial infrastructure that most cities our size have."
Through an interactive 11-session program, FastTrac Planning participants will develop a better understanding of the business-planning process, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of their own businesses. They also will write business plans and learn how to address competition, as well as learning the legal aspects of running a business. Subjects such as marketing, operations, customer relations, financial management, and exit strategies also will be covered. Participants will also gain access to successful local entrepreneurs and service providers, banks, and other financing sources.
For more information about the winter program, call Francine Hardaway at 602.331.0997 or go to www.fasttrac.org.
