Remote Administration that is Always On
OTTAWA, CANADA (PRWEB) October 13, 2003 -- Idokorro Mobile Inc. - a leading mobile IT administration solution provider - today announced the availability of Mobile SSH for BlackBerry. Mobile SSH is a lite tool for IT support personnel to monitor systems and perform routine maintenance through Telnet and SSH at anytime and from anyplace on a RIM BlackBerry Handheld.
Idokorro Mobile SSH does not require a server side proxy, it is a standalone software application which creates direct connections to SSH and Telnet servers from the BlackBerry. No BlackBerry Enterprise Server is required for Nextel 6510 BlackBerry users, as connections are established using Nextel's direct TCP/IP stack.
The new software features:
- SSH-2 support
- full VT100 support
- multiple font size support
- colour support for the new BlackBerry 7200 series
Mobile SSH is available for RIM's Java-enabled series 5000, 6000 and 7000 BlackBerry Handhelds. The software is available for immediate download and 20 session trial.
Remote IT administration provides a compelling return on investment by ensuring organizations maximize access to their IT resources with a solution that is always on.
