Sistellia Signs an agreement to distribute NetjaX in the U.S.A.

Sistellia Corp. announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sittelle Technologies to distribute Sittelles automatic telephone line switcher device known as NetjaX.

The agreement provides Sistellia with the exclusive rights to distribute Sittelle Technologies products in the United States. Charles Ferraro, President and Chairman of Sistellia Corp. said we are very pleased with the agreement, stating that the agreement opens the door for our two companies to work together to provide exciting and necessary products to the cable industry and service providers throughout the USA".

The NetjaX product enables cable companies and Telcos customers to switch between voice services allowing for the full deployment of VOIP (voice over the internet protocol) services over the cable network.

One of the greatest features of the NetjaX product is its ability to connect to an end-users in-house wiring giving cable VOIP the look and feel of traditional voice services" Ferraro said.

Claude Arpin President and Chairman of Sittelle Technologies, a Montreal based technology firm, said that he was thrilled with the agreement and that he believes that working with Sistellia will give Sittelle the means to distribute NetjaX in the USA in the best way possible".
