Sistellia Corp. delivers NetjaX prototypes to Cablevision of Long Island.
(Stamford, NY), October 16, 2003. Sistellia Corp. announced today that it has delivered NetjaX prototypes to Cablevision of Long Island for testing for inclusion on the Cablevision network. Cablevision is an industry leader in providing VOIP service over the cable network infrastructure.
Sistellia reported that it has delivered four NetjaX prototypes to Cablevision. The NetjaX prototypes were tested and found to perform as specified.
The NetjaX switcher, produced by Sittelle Technologies a Montreal based Technology Company, and distributed exclusively in the United States by Sistellia Corp, allows service providers to switch to voice over the internet (VOIP) technology without the need to send a technician to the premises each time, which is a tremendous cost avoidance for cable companies. In addition, the NetjaX switcher will allow Cablevision and other cable companies to interface to a users in-house telephone wiring giving the cable VOIP service the look and feel of traditional telephony service.
The NetjaX switcher is now available in the United States exclusively through Sistellia Corp.
